Padahal sama seperti sarapan, sahur amat penting untuk membekalkan tenaga supaya kita boleh bertahan sepanjang hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukanlah masa subuh makan benda-benda berat macam nasi kandar, nasi arab, tapi kalau bijak pilih menu sahur, insyaAllah anda akan kekal bertenaga ketika berpuasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut perkongsian bagi 3 makanan wajib yang boleh di ambil masa sahur;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
